Lane closures on Interstate and other freeways shall meet the minimum criteria presented in Policy 516-003(P).  On the basis of this policy, ODOT has developed a series of lane closure maps/schedules, Permitted Lane Closure. These maps/schedules indicate the hours of the day in which a lane closure is permitted at a subject work zone location. Maintenance of traffic plans shall be in conformance with the Permitted Lane Closure Map/schedule (PLC) and/or policy.
